Using google search in learning English |
If you are confused “listen” with “hear” or “do” with “make”… You can apply a syntax of “listen vs hear” or “do vs make”… to google's search box. The results will show what you need. Or when you're not sure of countable or uncountable nouns, “equipment” i.e. At the same time, “equipments” and “equipment” each should be typed in google's search box irrespectively: 17,200,000 for “equipments” but 526,000,000 for “equipment”. It's inferred that “equipment” (without s) is used more popularly. |
